OWA - what does "Inbox; Inbox; Inbox" in message signify?

My work colleague sent me a mail, and below the datestamp of the message it says "Inbox; Inbox; Inbox".

The only recipient address in the To: field was mine - we're on the same server, neither account is external. The message wasn't CCed to anyone, although he could have used BCC (haven't asked).

Why does Inbox appear in triplicate?

Does it imply anything about the providence of the message? Maybe his account has delegate access?
